Nehan Zehra

Nehan Zehra is a Senior Associate at Raja Mohammed Akram & Co. (Lahore, Pakistan). Qualified as an Advocate of the High Court in Pakistan, Nehan specializes in a broad range of transactional work, corporate advisory matters, and regulatory affairs. Her corporate and litigation practice spans mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international arbitrations, project finance, energy, constitutional, and environmental law. Nehan has played an instrumental role in international arbitrations at LCIA and ICC. Nehan has also worked on various aspects of foreign and local energy projects from the initial stages of negotiations and execution of project agreements to operational challenges and disputes. Nehan creditably leads a team of junior associates and interns at the firm. Nehan Zehra holds a B.A.- LL.B. (Honors) degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). She is one of the founding members of the Street Law Programme initiated by Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law at LUMS. Nehan was engaged by United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) for its Global Integrity Education Project promoting business ethics and anti-corruption practices in Pakistan. Nehan is the co-author of the Pakistan Chapter of the Legal Framework of Renewable Energy in Pakistan prepared by Lexology.
